life is full of tough decisions.  on this occasion, the big question is who is the more awesome frampton sister of the meg & dia pair.  both are totally cute and talented.  so, the singer or the guitar player?

go ahead and fight over me if you want.  we can all sort it out in the end.  in the meantime, everyone should enjoy the compositions of the framptons.  there has been blog coverage of them going back to 06/07, and now mtv has taken an interest.  eek.  they made their first appearance in my life with the song halloween on a compilation album.  i later watched their youtube video and fell in love.

with the music!

there is this fantastic angst and grittiness to their music.  also a mix of vulnerability and strength.  the lyrics are genuine and their harmonizing is beautiful.  it’s a nice poppy divergence from time to time.  make sure to check out my favorite songs on their new album here, here and here, bored of your love and black wedding.  the lyrics are extremely clever, and the execution is endearing through inflection and other funities.  in case you wonder, the guy who sings is tom, meg’s ex and the second half of a side project called megatom; fodder for the future.

prepare to fall in love, acoustic style.

ok, the guitar player... there is something super sexy about a girl with a guitar...
