oh conor oberst. over two million views says this is hardly a well kept secret. that’s ok though, bright eyes‘ first day of my life (lyrics – chords) is the song of the day. how can you not love it? this is one of two bright eyes songs that is on the short list for some of the contemporary indie picks for the perfect 100 project. the other is lua (lyrics -chords – how to play). while the song is perfect, there is something about lua that might allow it to edge out first day. time will tell.
i don’t think that this vid is a legit one, but it’s better than the coachella options which put you through random speech in the middle.

This song is another one of my faves. For a long time it was the most played song in my iTunes library. Just love it.
Also, a tiny word of constructive criticism: your site is a little difficult to navigate. Maybe I just don’t know what I’m doing, but I feel like I need a tutorial!
